How to use SpecPilot
How it Works
- Targeted (Strict) Mode: Specify exact field names to extract only those columns. (Highly recommended.)
- Auto-Detect: Submit an empty form to extract all tables. (Not recommended on messy PDFs, but works on clean layouts.)

Page Slicer: For multi-page PDFs, input specific
pages (e.g.,
1, 4-5) so the AI processes data before the server timeout.
Capabilities
- Smart Matching: Automatically handles typos and upper/lowercase differences.
- Custom Ordering: Generates CSV columns in the exact order you specify.
Limitations & Rules
- Partial Results: Free tiers may run out of tokens. Try fewer pages.
- Visual Data: The app ignores visual dots (•) or checkmarks to prevent false data. Cells remain blank for manual review.
